How It Works
•Buy CUSTOM while holding ZETREX. The rank is applied to your account automatically.
•Type /customrank in game to open your Custom Rank Profile.
•Rank Settings lets you set your display name and your rank colour, and switch the rank on or off.
•Rank History keeps every name you have ever used. Re-apply an old one at any time, free.
•Subscription Status shows whether your rank is active and when it expires.
•Everything ZETREX gives you stays active the moment CUSTOM is applied. You do not lose a single perk.
•Anything listed under Coming Soon is not live yet. It is on the roadmap, not part of what you are buying today.
Name and Colour Rules
•3 to 12 characters. Letters and numbers only.
•No names that impersonate staff or any existing rank.
•No references to other servers, no advertising.
•Nothing offensive, sexual, political or hateful in any language.
•Staff may ask you to change a name at any time if it causes confusion. You get a free rename if that happens.
Thank you for supporting ZetrexMC Network.

Purchase Policy
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• Ranks, commands, and perks may be changed, added, or removed at any time without prior notice.
• Access to any rank may be suspended or permanently revoked, without compensation, for violating the Server Rules or Terms of Service.
• Purchasing a rank does not exempt a player from server rules and does not guarantee protection from bans or other administrative action.
• Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes will result in a permanent ban from ZetrexMC Network.
• CUSTOM requires an active ZETREX rank on your account. Purchases made without ZETREX will be refunded and not delivered.
• Your chosen rank name and colours are subject to staff approval. Names that impersonate staff, reference other servers, or breach the Server Rules will be rejected and you will be asked to choose again.
• CUSTOM is tied to your account and cannot be sold, gifted or transferred to another player.
• If you lose ZETREX for any reason, your CUSTOM identity is suspended until ZETREX is restored.
